The decking holds seating for 8, perfect for an evening barbecue. 
The central heating is gas fired with a thermostat control and radiators in every room.
The kitchen also benefits from a gas hob with electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The lounge has a large television with use of Sky+. Both bedrooms are equipped with televisions with a host of Freesat channels.
Wireless fibre-optic broadband is available throughout.
